Host Clear receives hundreds of web hosting orders each day and not all of these can be processed automatically. To protect our servers from fraudulent activity such as phishing emails & spam it is necessary to manually approve certain orders which have been flagged up by our systems. It is my job as account Supervisor to oversee customers orders as they are placed and ensure they are setup promptly so our customers can start their online venture in a timely manner.
